Service Coordination
Boiler, Pipe & Sewer Repairs LLC (operating under this name, formerly K&K Piping and Heating, LLC) coordinates residential boiler, pipe, sewer, and related home service work across the New York metropolitan area. Where required by law, regulated plumbing work is performed through appropriately licensed partner professionals in accordance with applicable local and state regulations.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates provided during an in-home visit are based on the conditions observed at that time. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes once a job is underway, and any changes will be communicated before additional work is performed.
Scheduling
Same-day and emergency appointments are offered on a best-effort basis depending on current demand and technician availability. Scheduled appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to prior jobs running long or emergency dispatch needs.
